Meet Our Team
Paradise Hearing has seven convenient locations from Phoenix to Cottonwood to Yuma, AZ.
Todd Gabaldon
Owner and Hearing Instrument Specialist
Todd Gabaldon is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He moved to Arizona in 1995 to open a restaurant with his family and has stayed here ever since. In 2005, he became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been working as a provider at Paradise Hearing for 17 years. In 2019, he became the owner of Paradise Hearing alongside his wife, Heather.
Making a difference in people’s lives by helping them hear better is an honor to Todd. Through better hearing, his patients are able to engage with their loved ones and get back to enjoying their life. Todd finds it incredibly rewarding to be able to help the people in his beloved community experience better hearing.
Todd loves sports, comedy shows, and dogs. When he is not at one of our seven offices, he enjoys spending time with his and Heather’s six rescue dogs and working with their timid foster dogs.

Tonja Mere
After many years in the hearing healthcare field, Tonja prefers to work one on one with her patients. She believes there is nothing more rewarding than to see the change on people’s faces when they can finally hear again.
Tonja enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, and reading. She loves all animals but dogs are her favorite. Knowing that Paradise Hearing donates a part of their earnings to foundations that support dog rescues is a bonus for her.

How We Give Back to Our Community
Over the years, Todd and Heather have personally fostered and found wonderful homes for over 80 dogs and counting! Heather has also volunteered at the shelter in Colorado, assisted in transporting dogs from the CO shelter to AZ foster homes, and volunteered at many of the local adoption events here in AZ. They believe it is important to educate the public on the benefits of adoption. There are so many wonderful dogs available at the shelter and in rescue groups.
We donate a portion of our earnings to Breeder Release rescue ever year.
